Integral Limited Liability Company (Integral LLC.) was created based on decision of the Founders. It is registered by Decree of the Head of Oktyabr (present Somoni) district of the city of Dushanbe, #146 dated 21 June 1996.

Integral LLC. functions based on its Charter, which was registered at Justice Department of Badakhshan Province with juridical address: Tajikistan, Badakhshan Province, Vanj district and actual address: Tajikistan, Dushanbe city.

Integral LLC. has a license issued by Service on Licensing of Construction and Architectural Activity of the Agency on Construction and Architecture at the Government of Tajikistan. During existence in the building market Integral LLC. successfully realizes the services in Republic Tajikistan territory. Thanks to a skillful management, the rate on professionalism of the employees, and also to a priority of interests of the Customer, we have gone through from formation to the succeeding, dynamically developing company.

We were had constructed and reconstructed a considerable quantity of building objects. The organization has qualified technical personnel, high-class experts in all branches of building manufacture (all experts have higher education).

(INTEGRAL LLC ) was established as a private company in 2014 in Kabul Afghanistan, and was registered with the government of Afghanistan trough AISA (Afghanistan Investment Support Agency) with license number I-60171. Integral LLC Construction Co. INTEGRAL LLC is a Non–Political and Non-Governmental Construction Company. INTEGRAL LLC provide services to the Government of Afghanistan, the international Community and Local Entities throughout the country. The INTEGRAL LLC has professional Staff in associated fields of Management, Accounting, Business, Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Culture Affairs in addition to member who have the experience in Logistics section.

Design & Quality Control Process:

The (INTEGRAL LLC) Engineers are construction oriented and are very experienced at performing construction contract documents.

The (INTEGRAL LLC) has an in-house design quality control plan that assures that our project contracts document are as error free as possible.

The (INTEGRAL LLC) project manager is the key person for all of our project quality design and construction projects. All decisions, information, and communications are processed through the project manager.

Project management:

All coordination between our project manager and organizations will be documented to as much details as written word and sketches permit.

All meetings and telephone conversations are followed with written confirmation of all items discussed and decisions made at that meeting. All verbal instructions from our clients are conformed in writing. This documentation is in the form of confirmation notices numbered in sequence so that continuity on numbered notices assures each recipient that they have all of the coordination documentation on the project. We don’t miss any of our client directions due to misinformation.

Review meetings:

We have periodic formal coordination review meetings during design with all disciplines involved. These meetings allow each design disciplines to be informed of the actions of the other disciplines, and allow information from concerning actions of one discipline affecting other disciplines. All project designs are coordinated by architect (or other lead discipline) or purpose of overall coordination and integrating the various disciplines into the project. Our clients are always welcome to and encouraged to attend these meetings. Clients input at these meetings are an important part of the design process working to satisfy the needs of the client. The principle of the firm who is the project manager conducts this meeting. All principles attend design review meetings. The principle of the firm approves or disapproves the design concept at each stage of his design process that retains control in details by the principles of the firm.

Process with compliance project schedule:

INTEGRAL LLC has always emphasized completing jobs/works within the time frames allotted, within budget and with no site change orders. These are the three things that all of our clients require, in addition to a facility that meets their facility requirement. We always meet our schedules, even if the Schedules require effort above and beyond normal expectations. The president and all partners are responsible for all operations, and are solely responsible for the scheduling of efforts as required for meeting schedules.

Process for cost control:

All of the INTEGRAL LLC designers in each discipline are also the construction cost estimators that prepare the final government cost estimates” that are used at the project bid openings. INTEGRAL LLC believes that all of the designers should also be the cost estimators. This keeps the INTEGRAL LLC designers cost conscious in lieu of ivory tower type designers whose designs are too expensive to construct. INTEGRAL LLC also believes that the designers should perform the construction contract administration for the project that they design in order to assure the constructability of their designs to the point that constructions problems are minimized.

Cost estimating:

INTEGRAL LLC updates cost estimates during the design phase and advice the client when it appears the cost estimate will exceed allowable construction funds. The INTEGRAL LLC designer have years experienced in cost estimating system and has completed interim partial design progress construction cost estimate and the final government cost estimates for project.

Construction cost during design:

All the INTEGRAL LLC designers are normally the construction cost estimators for their portion of a project. We advise our project manager on estimate engineers for control interim construction cost and recommend changes when the exceed project funding.

Quality Assurance:

Final design drawings and specification for each discipline are checked and stamp (certified) by an officer of the firm registered in the particular design discipline prior to issue for bidding or construction. Final design documents are also cross checked by officer by officer registered in other discipline insofar as coordination between Disciplines in required (also spelling, graphics, etc). We also have formal checklists for each discipline that are required for final approval.

Quality Control Plan:

The INTEGRAL LLC goal is to achieve the highest quality standard of construction at the most efficient level consistent with the design and contract requirement. From the beginning of the project through completion, all supplies, materials, and equipment are carefully monitored to ensure compliance with quality standards, Contract drawing and specifications. We base our quality control program on prevention rather than correction. We will work in the owner’s interest from the owner’s perspective.

Construction Quality Control Process:

{INTEGRAL LLC.} Believes that the contract documents that we prepare are only an instrument required for the first step toward construction of a facility, which are normally our final objectives. The engineers with INTEGRAL LLC are very experienced at performing construction contract administration to assure that the contractor performs the work defined by the construction contract. We provide construction contract administration, construction monitoring , create and maintain daily log of the construction operations, shop drawings , respond to RFI(request for information) ,preparing contract change order documentation , preparing cost estimations for site change orders, preparing weekly construction report , preparing monthly payment vouchers, review and maintain contractor’s project schedule , document the construction with digital photographs, supervising and checking laboratory sample testing, preparing documentation for site changes orders ,conduct or supervise start-up and commissioning , preparing as –built drawings , providing home office support for large design contract modification, providing project start-up & commissioning. The INTEGRAL LLC personnel are also experienced with assisting the COR (contracting office Representative) or COTR (Contracting Officers Technical Representative) with any funded, and we are available to perform contract administration during the construction of our projects for the Government. We are willing to be appointed as COR or COTR. INTEGRAL LLC normally performs the contract administration (CA) for our privately funded projects. The INTEGRAL LLC normally assists the government contracting officer’s technical representative (COTR) with the contract administration (CA) for your projects if requested government funded projects. The INTEGRAL LLC is available to perform the contract administration (CA) for your projects if requested.

Project construction plan:

Material supplies were made according to the plan of actions as the materials which were available into the local market were purchased under the supervision of our quality control (QC) officer and all those materials were approved prior to use by the RCO of project owners. The job performance procedure was set with RCO at the site. Each activity was planned before its starting and the procedure how to render the job planned and agreed. Each activity performed step by step according to that was planned as agreed on prep meetings. Any foreseen obstacles were kept in plan. All the project activities were rendered without any major problem.

Construction is a relatively hazardous undertaking. There are significantly more injuries and lost workdays due to injuries or illnesses in construction than in virtually any other industry. These work related injuries and illnesses exceedingly costly. In contrast to most industrial accidents, innocent bystanders may also be injured by construction accidents. Prudent project managers and owners would like to reduce accidents, injuries and illnesses as much as possible.

As with all the other costs of construction, it is a mistake for owners to ignore a significant category of cost such as injury and illnesses. While constructors may pay insurance premiums directly, these costs are reflected in bid prices or contract amounts. Delays caused by injuries and illnesses can present significant opportunity cost to owners. In the long run, the owners of constructed facilities must pay all the cost of construction. For the case of injuries and illnesses, this general principle might be slightly qualified since significant costs are borne by workers themselves or society at large. However, court judgments and insurance payments compensate for individual losses and are ultimately borne by the owners.
